SHIRLEY EVANS

Shirley started her career 33 years ago within the Trust Industry. She began in an accounting position and quickly moved to the customer service side focusing on investments and financial planning.  She became the Assistant Branch Manager of one of the largest Trust companies in Canada and then was promoted to Branch Manager of the Edmonton, Southgate branch of Montreal Trust.

While working within the Trust Industry, Shirley continued her education and eventually completed all the necessary requirements in achieving her S.T.I.   (Specialist in the Trust Industry) designation.

In 1991, Shirley decided to become an independent.  She specialized in financial planning and lending.  She is a independant mortage associate with Dominion Lending Centres Lender Direct. She is very involved with the Real Estate Investment Network and places large volumes of residential mortgages for both personal use and revenue purposes.

Shirley's specialty has always been and will continue to be exemplary customer service and satisfaction by providing the best and fastest mortgage possible in Canada.  She receives special considerations and interest rates due to the large volume of mortgages that she places annually.
